Returns & Exchanges

At mostbiased, we stand by our quality, but if your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
